Ref 17034 This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding individual to lead academic development and a dynamic team of Early Childhood educators.
The Associate Professor/Professor of Early Childhood Education will provide leadership in the ongoing development of education and research in the area of Early Childhood Education, in addition to fostering excellence in teaching through innovative program development. The incumbent will also be expected to provide supervision to honours and research higher degree students, and foster and maintain relationships with the Early Childhood Education sector, key stakeholders and relevant accreditation bodies.
Early Childhood Education at Flinders University is a specialisation with a strong national and international profile in educational innovation. Located in a state-of-the art purpose-designed building, the School of Education offers a comprehensive range of programs from early childhood to secondary teacher education courses, in addition to Masters, educational doctorates and supervision of PhDs.
